Functions for RSS / active email/sms notifications, a comments section and an advanced search function would be useful. Likewise an official archive with all ordinances / resolutions as proposed and adopted. Finally all active ordinances relating to particular topics such as tourism, business, transportation, health should be grouped with hyperlinked references to related laws and case studies.
