We went to witness the installation of moorings to be used by the bancas which bring in tourist to snorkel in coral garden. Danny Enriquez, former chair of the SB Environmental Committee, wrote a letter to Mayor Dolor and other concerned citizens about the continued destruction of the corals from indiscriminate dropping of anchors by the bancas.
