In this day and age, the local government needs an effective partner in disseminating important information and gauging public opinion on issues affecting our community. Having the new Puerto Galera Fortnightly Journal back in circulation is a welcome development for this administration. We know the challenges of governance under the realm and scrutiny of Social Media and it is imperative more than ever to release accurate news and information that a community newspaper can only accomplish to a much wider audience.
