After receiving informations of a confidential informant that someone was selling illegal substances, in this case the suspected drug shabu, the Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of Police Chief Inspector Lawrence V. Panganiban, conducted a joint anti-illegal drug/buy-bust operation at Barangay Minolo on April 21, around 1pm in the afternoon.
